Handle

Sean Doyle, general manager at Handle Park City, 136 Heber Ave. Park City suggests pairing their Incline Marionberry, a light, and refreshing brew, with their popular Hamachi Crudo, or their Kale and Beetroot Salad. He also seconds Mountain West Ruby for a clean, not overly sweet taste, more familiar to a beer. Definitely grab my all-time favorite Park City appetizer, General Tso's Cauliflower. In essence, this dish will impress even the most culinary foodie! Handle also accommodates their menu for any dietary restrictions, which gives diners on speciality diets more choices from their menu.

Harvest

When referring to food, at Harvest “We don’t just eat it. We live it and breathe it.” This true farm to table experience offers food that is as close as possible to its original state, free from processing and fuss. “When it comes to our menu, we serve the providers rather than them serving us. We source many of our ingredients from local farmers and small-scale producers, and we work closely with our suppliers to find out what’s available, in season and at its absolute best.”  Next, they turn over their farm fresh selection to their chefs, who artistically turn the highest-quality, local ingredients into seasonal dishes that inspire.

The Farm

As its name implies, The Farm brings quality, fresh dishes to the table at Park City Resort. Located at 4000 Canyon Resorts Drive in Park City, The Farm has been named one of “Utah’s 25 Best Restaurants” in 2015. “A rustic, yet refined dining experience offering a menu that emphasizes regionally-sourced ingredients, an extensive selection of wines, and indoor and outdoor seating.” A wonderful romantic dinner experience, don’t expect to get a seat without a reservation on the weekend.

Twisted Fern, a New American Restaurant located at 1300 Snow Creek Drive, Park City, is open for lunch and dinner. The bar features Mountain West Ruby gluten-free hard cider. Owner, Adam Ross, states, "It is one of my personal favorites in the cider scene." Find Mountain West Ruby Cider in the bottle along with a local mountain brew, Grandeur Peak Spiked Sparkling Seltzer, named after our peak in the Wasatch Mountains. You'll love to pair a local hard cider with any one of my favorite dishes at Twisted Fern - the half-pound Grass-Fed burger with burnt onion aioli, the Seared Trout Salad with shaved brussels or the Utah Elk with roast carrot puree. Choose your favorite gluten-free dish from their menu with choices clearly labeled and knowledgeable staff to assist you with gluten-free lunch and dinner options.
